Can I resell the items you are selling?

Yes and no, a lot of the items we are selling do NOT have resell rights and can therefore NOT be resold. However, some of them do. Make sure to check if they do or don't (they will be marked if they have resell rights) and once you download the file it will say if there are resell rights included or not.

When will I get the files after I purchase them?

You will get them right after you pay. You just need to click the return to merchant button on the PayPal website after you pay and you will be able to download the files right after that. If you don't click the return to merchant button then send us an email and we will send you the download link. Make sure to include the PayPal transaction ID so we know you actually purchased the item.

What format are these ebooks in?

The format of these ebooks varies from package to package. However, all ebooks are either in Adobe PDF, windows .EXE or Word/Note Pad. You must however have an unzipping program such as winzip (which you can get a free trial of) to unzip the files.

Do I need any special computer requirements to access the files?

All you need is a PC (items may or may not work on mac), access to the internet
